Två pass på en dag - inga problem!

Smet iväg på lunchen:

Workout of the Day:
Four sets of:
Strict Pull-Ups x 6 reps
Rest 30 seconds
Ab-Wheel Roll-Outs x 8 reps
Rest 1 minute;
and then,
For time:
30 Push Press (shoulder to overhead anyhow – heavy) 50 kg
40 Dynamic Push-Ups (chest must touch and hands must leave the ground)
50 Pull-Ups

Tid: 15:10

Sprang 5 km på kvällen.
